Butter (softened)3 cup

Brown Sugar1

Quick Cooking Oats1 cup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)

Grease a 9x13 inch pan

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar, until smooth

Beat in the egg then stir in the vanilla

Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt: stir into the creamed mixture

Fold in the quick oats and raisins

Spread evenly into the prepared pan

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges are starting to brown
