Onion (chopped)1 tbsp
Ginger (minced peeled fresh)1.5 cups
White Rice (long-grain)1 tbsp
Curry Powder1 tsp
Salt3 cups
Green Cabbage (chopped)1 cup

Add 4 tablespoons butter to drippings in skillet; melt

Add onion, garlic, and ginger

Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp

Using slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels

Sauté over medium-high heat 5 minutes

Add rice, curry powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt
