1 cup
Lemon Juice (fresh)3 tbsps
Shallot (chopped about 1 medium)2 tbsps
Champagne Vinegar1.5 tsps
Lemon Peel (finely grated)1 cup
Olive Oil1.5 tsps
Tamari Soy Sauce (*)Directions:

Combine lemon juice, shallot, Champagne vinegar, and lemon peel in small bowl

Let stand 30 minutes

Add 1/4 cup olive oil, chopped fresh mint, and tamari soy sauce to vinaigrette
