Ingredients:
1 cup
Olive Oil1 cup
Chicken Broth (canned)1 bunch
Watercress (ends trimmed)1.5 cups
Radishes (thinly sliced)1130 g
Green Bean (trimmed)1 cup
Lemon Juice (fresh)2 tbsps
Distilled White Vinegar4 tsps
Dijon MustardDirections:

Cook beans in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes

Drain beans; rinse under cold water

Drain and pat dry

Whisk lemon juice, vinegar and mustard in medium bowl to blend

Whisk in oil and broth

Add chopped watercress
