Nonfat Plain Yogurt1 tsp
Ground Cumin1 tsp
Ground Coriander1 tsp
Garam Masala1 tsp
Chili Powder (red)1 clove
Garlic (minced)1 tsp

Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl

Place tilapia in marinade; turn to coat completely
