Balsamic Vinegar2 tsps
Sugar (plus 4 tablespoons)1 tsp
Lemon Juice (fresh)1 cup
Whipping Cream (chilled)1 tsp

Combine vinegar, 2 teaspoons sugar, and lemon juice in heavy small saucepan

Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves
