Ingredients:
3 cups
Cabbage (shredded)1 tbsp
Cilantro (chopped fresh)1 cup
Canola Oil2 tbsps
Apple Cider Vinegar1 tbsp
White Sugar1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper1

In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrot, onion, red pepper, jalapeno and cilantro

Set aside

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper

Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to combine
