Ingredients:
3 tbsps
Olive Oil1 medium
Onion (finely chopped)1 cup
Celery (chopped)2 tbsps
Rosemary (chopped fresh)1 tbsp
All-Purpose Flour3 cup
White Wine (dry)6 cups

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large pot over medium heat

Add onion, celery and garlic

Sauté 10 minutes

Stir in next 4 ingredients

Sprinkle flour over

Add wine; cook until liquid evaporates
