Onion (finely chopped)2 large
Garlic Cloves (minced)3 cup
Beer3 tbsps
Cider Vinegar3 tbsps
Bourbon Whiskey1.5 tsps
Worcestershire SauceDirections:

Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat

Add onion and garlic; sauté until tender, about 8 minutes

Reduce heat

Add chili sauce, beer, molasses, vinegar, bourbon and Worcestershire sauce

Simmer until reduced to 2 cups, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes
