Ingredients:
1 cup
White Wine (dry)1 cup
Apricot Jam1
Bay Leaf1.333333 cups
Kumquat (stemmed, quartered, seeded)2 tsps
Grand Marnier3 cups

Simmer until kumquats are tender and liquid is syrupy, about 15 minutes

Remove from heat; stir in Grand Marnier
