Ingredients:
1 cup
Coarse Kosher Salt1 cup
White Wine (dry)1 tsp
Whole Black Peppercorns3 cup

Transfer shrimp to another large bowl

Add half of garlic oil and toss to coat

Mound shrimp on platter
