Ingredients:
2 tbsps
Vegetable Oil1 medium
Onion (chopped)2 cloves
Garlic (minced)1 cup
Shrimp (large)1 cup
Mushroom (chopped)1 cup
Bean Sprouts1 cup
Broccoli (chopped)1 cup
Parsley (chopped, fresh)2 cups
Cooked Rice1 cup
Soy Sauce1 tsp
Dried Basil1 tsp
Black PepperDirections:

In a wok or large heavy skillet, heat the oil

Quickly stir-fry the onion and garlic

Add the chicken and cook for a few minutes until just done

Push chicken to sides of wok

Scramble the eggs in the wok

Push to sides

Add shrimp, mushrooms, bean sprouts, broccoli, parsley, and rice

Mix the chicken and eggs and stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes

Add the soy sauce, basil and pepper

Stir-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes

Garnish with green onions and serve
