Flour

1 cup

Milk

Directions:

In a small saucepan, melt butter

When foaming subsides, stir in flour and cook, stirring continuously for about a minute or two

Whisk in the milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes

Add horseradish, mustard and vinegar and remove from heat

Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper
