White Horseradish1 tsp
Dijon Mustard1 tbsp
White Wine Vinegar4 tbsps

In a small saucepan, melt butter

When foaming subsides, stir in flour and cook, stirring continuously for about a minute or two

Whisk in the milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
