Ingredients:

2 cups

White Vinegar

2 tbsps

Cayenne Pepper

2 tbsps

Salt

2 tbsps

Sugar

1 tsp

Xanthan Gum

Directions:

Preheat a grill over medium-high heat

Lightly oil the grill grates

Grill the red chiles and habaneros, turning occasionally, until charred all around

Cut stems off and let cool

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the charred chiles with the vinegar, cayenne, salt, sugar, xanthan gum and 1 cup water

Blend well

Serve with anything, but beware of spiciness!
