Cooking Sherry (dry not)1 cup
Soy Sauce (low-sodium)2 cloves
Garlic (peeled and finely chopped)3 tbsps
Rice Wine Vinegar2 tbsps
Ground CuminDirections:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to just below the boil
