Ingredients:

1 cup

Olive Oil

3 cloves

Garlic (chopped)

Directions:

Blanch broccoli rabe in a large pot of boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes

Drain and shock in ice bath

Drain and wrap in a dry towel, squeezing out any excesss water

In a large saute pan, cook garlic and crushed red pepper flakes for 1 minute

Add broccoli rabe and cook and stir until heated through

Stir in breadcrumbs and toss all together

Season to taste with salt and pepper
