Ingredients:
3 cups
Cooked Chicken (diced cold,)1 cup
Apple (diced)1 cup
Celery (diced)1 cup
Walnut (chopped)3 tbsps
Balsamic Vinegar5 tbsps
Olive Oil1

In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, apple, celery, onion and walnuts

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and oil and pour over the salad

Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well

Let rest 10 to 15 minutes, mix again and chill
