Beat the eggs, add the cream, salt, cinnamon and vanilla

Submerge the bread slices in the egg mixture for 5 minutes

Lay both sides of the bread in the almonds to coat

Heat the butter in a heavy pan until the foam subsides, then add the slices of bread

Cook over low flame until delicate brown

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with sliced fruit and serve hot
