Ingredients:
2.25 cups
Flour1 tsp
Baking Powder1 tsp
Salt1.5 cups
Light Brown Sugar1 tsp
Vanilla1 cup
Chocolate ChipDirections:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Butter a 9 by 13-inch baking pan

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt

Using an electric mixer, beat until fluffy the butter and sugar

Beat in eggs and vanilla

Add in flour one half at a time

Stir in crushed toffee bars by hand and spread in baking pan

Sprinkle top with chocolate chips

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes

Cool and cut into bars
