Lime Juice

Quinoa

2 tbsps

Olive Oil

2 tbsps

Honey

1 tsp

Salt

Black Pepper

Directions:

1) Cook quinoa according to package directions

Cool to room temperature

2) Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, ginger, salt and pepper in a large bowl
