Lime Juice1 cup
Quinoa2 tbsps
Olive Oil2 tbsps
Honey1.5 tsps
Ginger (grated or finely minced)1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Black PepperDirections:

1) Cook quinoa according to package directions

Cool to room temperature

2) Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, ginger, salt and pepper in a large bowl
