Shredded Carrots2 tbsps
Berry (goji)1 cup
Maple Syrup (grade b)3 tbsps
Dijon Mustard (whole-grain)2 tbsps
Shallot (chopped)2 tbsps
White Wine Vinegar1 tbsp
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp

Peel the broccoli stalks, then cut lengthwise into thin slices using a mandoline

In a bowl, toss together the broccoli, almonds, bacon, carrots, onions and goji berries
