Pine Nut

Cream Cheese

2 tsps

Lemon Juice

1 tsp

Pepper

1 cup

Milk

Directions:

In small skillet heat pine nuts over medium heat for 2 to 5 minutes or until golden brown, shaking pan frequently

Remove from heat

Set aside

In medium bowl stir together cream cheese, pesto, lemon juice, lemon peel and pepper

Stir in cheese and milk

Stir in salt (if desired)

Transfer to serving bowl

Sprinkle with pine nuts
