Ingredients:
450 g
Spinach (fresh)3 tbsps
Olive Oil4 cloves
Garlic (minced)1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes2 tbsps
Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)1 tsp

Bring a large pot of water to a boil

Add spinach and stir for 30 seconds

Strain in a colander

Squeeze out excess water

Reserve spinach

In a saute pan over medium-high heat add olive oil

Add garlic and chili and cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until garlic just begins to brown

Add spinach and saute for 2 minutes

Add lemon juice, salt and pepper

Toss and serve immediately
