110 g
Dried Tomatoes (sun-)2 tbsps
Basil (chopped fresh)2 tbsps
Parsley (chopped fresh)1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped)1 cup
Pine Nut (chopped)3 tbsps
Onion (chopped)1 cup
Balsamic Vinegar1 tbsp
Tomato Paste1 cup
Crushed Tomatoes1 cup
Red Wine1 cup
Olive Oil1 cup
Grated Parmesan CheeseDirections:

Place sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with warm water for 5 minutes, or until tender

In a food processor or blender combine sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, pine nuts and onion; process until well blended

Add vinegar, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and red wine, and process

Stir in olive oil and Parmesan cheese

Season with salt to taste
