Milk1 cup
Half-And-Half1 cup

Ginger (freshly grated)2 tsps
Whole Cloves2 tsps

Bring the water to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer

Add the milk, half-and-half, sugar, and cinnamon, and simmer for 15 minutes
