Egg

2 cup

Milk

1 tbsp

Mustard

1.5 tsps

Salt

910 g

Ground Beef

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Place bread cubes in a large bowl

Beat egg and milk together in a small bowl, then pour over bread cubes

Let stand until bread absorbs milk, about 15 minutes

Mash and stir mixture until bread is in very small chunks

Add mustard, salt, pepper, basil, thyme, onion, celery and parsley

Mix well

Add ground beef and mix well

Turn mixture into an 8 x 5-inch loaf pan

Place in oven and bake for 55 minutes

Let stand 5 minutes before slicing
