Shoyu1 cup
Onion (chopped)1 tsp
Green Onion (chopped)1 cup
Seaweed (ogo)1 tsp
Sesame Oil1 tbsp

Place tuna cubes in a bowl with shoyu, onion, green onion, seaweed, and sesame oil

Mix well and then quickly sear in hot oil in a high heat wok
