Brown Sugar (packed)1 cup
Vegetable Oil4

Pumpkin Puree (can)3.5 cups
All-Purpose Flour2 tsps
Baking Soda2 tsps
Salt1 tsp
Ground Cloves1.5 tsps
Ground Cinnamon1 tsp
Ground Allspice1 tsp
Ground Nutmeg2 cup
Water1 cup
Flaked Coconut1 cup
Walnut (chopped)Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans

Mix together sugars, oil, and eggs

Mix in pumpkin

Add flour, salt, soda, and spices, and then water

Stir together until just moistened
