Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

In a large mixing bowl beat eggs slightly

Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla extract

Mix well

Gently whisk in whole milk, evaporated milk, and cream

Fold in coconut
