Penne (cooked al dente)1 cup
Roasted Peanut (chopped)1 cup
Water1.5 tbsps
Soy Sauce1 tbsps
Lemon Juice (fresh)1 tsp
Ground Cumin1 pinch

In a saucepan of boiling salted water blanch the beans for 1 minute

Drain and refresh under cold water
