Ingredients:
2 cups
Cooked Chicken (diced)1 cup
Green Onion (chopped)1 cup
Pepper (chopped yellow)1 cup
Red Pepper (chopped)1 tsp
Garlic (minced)1 cup
Sour Cream2 tbsps
Chili Powder2 tsps
Ground Cumin2 tbsps
Paprika1 tsp
Black Pepper1 tbsp
Ground Coriander1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper1 tbsp
Garlic Powder1 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper1 tbsp
Salt1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except the puff pastry

Cut puff pastry into 8 equal triangles

Arrange triangles in a circle with the pointed end facing out

Spoon chicken mixture in a ring on top of the puff pastry triangles, leaving the points exposed

Fold the pointed ends over the chicken mixture, pressing the points down to seal

Brush with egg wash
